Frank – Optician / Office Manager
Frank is both an ABO-Certified optician and a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) who has worked in the optical industry for ten years. Each custom pair of glasses created for our patients is designed and inspected by Frank to ensure that our high quality standards are met. Meticulous yet easy-going, Frank enjoys the art, craftsmanship and precision of developing perfect eyewear for our patients.

Vicky – Optician / Dispensary Manager
Vicky is and ABO-Certified optician with over twenty years of optical industry experience. Vicky catalogues our diverse and extensive frame collections, and enjoys educating our patients about the many eyewear options we provide. Selecting frames and lenses is a delicate balance of fashion, function, technical design and safety, and Vicky is our resident expert on all matters optical.

Penny – Billing Manager
Penny is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) who has also gone on to achieve higher optometric certification as a Certified Paraoptometric Assistant (CPOA). Penny is responsible for many of the day-to-day clinic operations that lead to a smooth patient experience before and after your appointment. Penny is very caring, and works to file third party insurance claims so that you can get the most out of your coverage.

Karen – Lead Patient Coordinator
Karen is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO), and has over ten years of experience in eye care and is your primary point of contact at our office. Friendly and warm, Karen handles incoming phone calls and schedules patient examinations. Karen collects much of your initial information from you over the phone, and will greet you warmly upon arrival at our clinic.

Jackie – Clinic Supervisor
Jackie is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) who oversees all aspects of our clinical operations and also serves as a doctor's assistant and exam technician. She quarterbacks the interaction of our patients and doctors to keep your examination experience running smoothly, and also handles our referrals to and from other doctors. Jackie is extremely caring and compassionate about our patients' needs.

Sarah – Patient Coordinator / Insurance Advocate
Sarah is responsible for daily patient management and also works behind-the-scenes as our patient insurance advocate. Before you ever arrive for your doctor's appointment, Sarah has patiently spent significant time with your insurance company representatives to ensure that accurate information about your benefits will be available for you.

Jennifer – Lead Exam Technician
Jennifer is a Certified Paraoptometric (CPO) who performs initial examination tasks and prepares you to see the doctor. Jennifer is very friendly and caring, and has several years of patient care experience in optometry. She is always eager to help and also is responsible for many aspects of your patient care experience and satisfaction.
